Refund policy

At mad. we prioritize customer satisfaction. You may exchange items within 3 days of receiving your order, provided they are returned with tags intact. A nominal exchange shipping fee of EGP 75 applies. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

Regrettably, no exchange or refund is available for items marked as On Sale.

It's important to highlight that mad. reserves the right to decline returned items that show signs of use or lack original packaging. In cases where the returned item fails to meet our conditions, it will be sent back to the original address, with shipping costs deducted from your order.

To facilitate the exchange process, ensure that exchanged products are unused, accompanied by all tags and labels, and returned in their protective packaging.

We cannot accept responsibility for item damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow washing instructions.
