Shipping policy

We offer prompt delivery services within Egypt, typically within 2-5 working days, excluding weekends and official holidays. For international orders, we extend our delivery reach worldwide within 5-10 working days, excluding weekends and official holidays.

Please be aware that packages cannot be opened upon delivery. In the event of returns while the courier is at your door, a shipping fee of EGP 75 (Cairo/Giza) will apply.
